Bookkeeping
We keep your books up to date. This involves recording and organising your financial data, processing daily, weekly and monthly transactions (both accounts receivable and payable), invoicing, bank account reconciliations, managing aged debtors and aged creditors, compiling profit and loss overviews for jobs, managing overdue accounts, monthly reporting and cashflow. We can do as little or as much as you would like us to on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly or on a one-off basis.
We can keep track of your daily transactions, the numbers, bills, receipts and other data flowing through your business. We also help keep track of the following:

We are an IRD registered Bookkeeper, Xero Certified Advisor, a Xero Partner, and a Xero migration specialist. We are also an ICNZB (Institute of Certified NZ Bookkeepers) certified bookkeeper member.

Do you already have an MYOB subscription but not really sure if it is set up correctly or if the numbers are correct?
As we are an MYOB partner we can help with set up to ensure you have MYOB the ready to use the way you need it to be.
Xero Integrations & Set Ups
Do you want the information in your software systems such as, Shopify, Client Diary, plus many more, to automatically sync with Xero. We can help set this up for you. Pricing depends of the size of your business and the amount of data you need to sync with Xero.
Xero is our preferred accounting software. As a Xero Partner and Xero Certified Advisor we can help with converting and setting up your business in Xero.
Xero Health Check
Have you got Xero but are not really sure if it's been set up correctly?

Accounts Clean up

We offer a comprehensive payroll service . From setting up your payroll systems to ongoing management, including:

Xero Migration
We are a Xero migration specialist and can help you migration you businesses financials from other accounting systems, such as, MYOB & QBO, to a Xero cloud based accounting system.
Tax Returns
We can help file your tax returns and provide advice on the best solutions for your business's size and budget.
